Use of the studio and equipment

Some specialised materials, such as gold, premium gemstones or additional silver, may incur an additional charge depending on your design. We recommend that you inform us in advance if you wish to work with metals other than silver. We will do our best to accommodate.
Each participant is provided with 5 grams of sterling silver, which is sufficient for most rings and smaller jewellery pieces.
If your finished design exceeds 5 grams, you have two options:
Cast your piece in brass at no additional cost, or
Upgrade to additional silver, which will be charged according to the current market price.
If you're planning a larger or heavier design, feel free to contact us before your workshop, and we'll be happy to advise.
